Summary: Feedback: Spring Hill Inn My husband and I were looking forward to our evening at the Inn- a date night after the UConn basketball game. The restaurant was great for dinner, but when we returned to room number 3 after the game, it was so cold, and the quilt was inadequate for keeping us warm. In the middle of the night, my husband went out to the hallway to try and find a thermostat. He found one in the hall which allowed us a little more heat for only 45 minutes. Honesty, we were so uncomfortable that we left early. This leads me to the final piece of feedback.We tried to get some coffee from the breakfast area on the first floor, but there were no lights that we could turn on to see how to work the coffee machine. Maybe they were on some kind of timer, but again it was inadequate and really uncomfortable. Because there was staff person on-site, we had no one to speak to about remedying our situation.
