Summary: Would have rated 5 stars as staff, room, breakfasts were all great. Hot tub apparently broke down before Christmas and was out of service (and is still out) our entire 3 day stay. Normally wouldn't dock so much for that, but it was our anniversary and the main reason we booked. Was super disappointing and a bit let down on the stay.
